Three Nights for Three Years
Tradition says that a third anniversary should be marked with gifts of leather. But we can think of a much more delicious way…
Beginning tonight, Tuesday, February 7 through Thursday, February 9, Chef Terence Feury will celebrate his third anniversary at Old City’s acclaimed Fork (306 Market Street, 215-625-9425) with three Chef’s Bistro Dinners. Each night, Chef Feury will prepare and serve his daily market finds – ingredients that he himself hand-picks from top local producers and purveyors – to create one-of-a-kind tasting menus for up to 35 guests in Fork:etc.
Those lucky enough to secure a seat at the chef’s table will enjoy four courses of Chef Feury’s seasonal new American fare, including wine pairings, for just $45 per person. Reservations are strongly suggested, but the daily-changing menu for each meal won’t be posted online until the morning of, to allow Chef Feury to source the freshest ingredients available. Expect day boat fish, pristine produce, and perhaps even artisanal beef – but no leather.
